SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Biobased

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Biobased Heat Transfer Fluid is an inhibited propylene glycol formulation designed for use in hydronic systems requiring reliable freeze protection, corrosion protection, and long-term thermal stability.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Biobased is manufactured using renewable-source propylene glycol produced from a process that converts glycerine generated through biofuel production into propylene glycol. The formulation contains 95% biobased propylene glycol and is commonly used in food and beverage, refrigeration, pharmaceutical, and other applications where low-toxicity fluids are preferred. The advanced inhibitor package is formulated to help protect multi-metal systems while maintaining efficient thermal performance in closed-loop applications.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Biobased also includes a green dye to assist with leak detection and system identification.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Biobased is available in concentrate and pre-diluted solutions and can be sold in bulk quantities.
