SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS Heat Transfer Fluid is an inhibited propylene glycol formulation designed for use in hydronic systems requiring reliable freeze protection, corrosion protection, and long-term thermal stability.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS is manufactured using ingredients classified as Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) and is commonly used in food and beverage, pharmaceutical, refrigeration, and other applications where incidental food or potable contact may be possible. The advanced inhibitor package is formulated to help protect multi-metal systems while maintaining efficient thermal performance in closed-loop heating and cooling applications.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS also includes an orange dye to assist with leak detection and system identification.

SAFE-T-THERM® GRAS is available in concentrate and pre-diluted solutions and can be packaged and sold in pails, drums, totes, and bulk quantities to meet a wide range of customer and system requirements.
